Specified technical checking of conducting- and mounting plans.
In addition to checking the design, measurements and statics by architects and other parties involved in the construction, we check the conduction- and mounting-planning of the conducting company in a technically specified way, regarding the observance of the contractually owed detail-performance.
The conducting company solely stays responsible for the defect-free performance of the contractually owed performance; the rate of possible mistakes is, however, severely reduced due to our technical evaluation.
As independent consultants for facades we are often intermediates between the architect’s wishes, and the conducting company’s contractual constraints and the technical circumstances. |
